    plate replacement?  How often should the internal plates be replaced, and are they difficult to purchase?  I love this ozone generator and use it often...but its output seems to have lessened...thoughts?

    Best Answer: The replacement time will depend on a variety of factors and therefore everyone will replace the plates at different times. One of the most detrimental things to the plates is humidity so using the ozone generator right after cleaning, or in a high humidity environment, will lead to the plates needing replaced more frequently. The plates should also be cleaned every few jobs to keep optimal output. We sell replacement plates when you do need them - https://store.detailking.com/Ozone-Plates--Set-Of-Two_p_2623.html. These are sold in sets of 2 and if you have the PRO44, you would need 2 sets.

    Great Product
    Great Product- I can honestly say that it works because I had to use it on a car that needed this before I can even work inside it. That’s how much smoke smell reeked inside if and fabric. I gave it a total of three that’d hour treatments. The first two before working inside it and the third one after the job and the upholstery dried up.
