  Offering Ozone treatments for your customers can be very profitable. This automotive ozone generator is a professional unit that will eliminate foul odors that have accumulated in vehicles interiors. Mildew, pet odors, urine, vomit and smoke odors are no match for this unit.

  The Pro 16 does the job right the first time! These are our most powerful machines with an ozone output of up to 16,000 mgph (16 grams per hour) or 80,000 mgph (80 grams per hour using oxygen). The high output gets the job done quickly. It is an excellent choice for mold remediation contractors and auto detailers. It has a built in hour meter for use by equipment rental retailers. It can deodorize an automobile in as little as 15 to 20 minutes.

  
  

  This model also has a timer which is a nice feature so the Pro 16 can be left in a vehicle or room at the end of the day and be set to turn off at a certain time. The housing is made completely from stainless steel for maximum durability. It has 3 separate fans to disperse the air evenly throughout the room.

  None of our ozone generators require expensive filters. A small fan filter is supplied with every unit and simply needs to be washed occasionally. The ozone plates located inside the ozone generator should be removed and cleaned with soap and water every 3 months, or more often, if there is a noticeable drop in ozone output. They must be thoroughly dry before they are reinstalled. The plates need to be replaced about every two years, or when ever the output no longer recovers to the original level, after they are cleaned.

  Since these ozone generators operate on very high voltage, they must always be unplugged before the cover is removed, to avoid electrical shock. Avoid using these machines in areas with high humidity, as it and can shorten the life of the transformer and the electronics.

  For best results, make sure the area to be treated is cleaned thoroughly before using an ozone generator! If you don't remove the source of the odor, the ozone generator will only be temporarily effective.

  • Start by removing loose items and vacuuming up dirt and debris.
  • For carpets and upholstery, apply our Extractor Soap and a vapor steamer OR carpet extractor for a truly deep clean.
  • For plastic and vinyl, use Pink Power Interior Cleaner or Magic Cleaner Concentrate.
  • Use a product like our Bio-Zyme in conjunction with all other cleaners to kill bacteria or organic matter.
  • For shine & UV protection, apply our Pearl Gloss Interior Dressing after ozone treatment.
