Carwash soap that is labeled as a “Wash & Wax” or “Wash & Shine” will have ingredients in it to provide a nice shine after washing that will give appearance similar to a vehicle that has just had a wax applied to it, but there will not be much protection if any at all. It is still recommended to keep the paint protected with a traditional wax/sealant or a ceramic coating.
