    I feel like I was robbed
    I got the wrong order I was to return it cost me $11 to return the item to get the right one cost me another $15 I was misleading by your agent I will never buy from you guys again ..robbed once I am done I feel like I was robbed

    Thanks for the review. We did not rob you of anything and actually, we incurred double shipping costs on this order and only charged you for the intial shipping. Since you ordered an item incorrectly on our website you needed to ship it back to be able to get credit for what you paid. There is a cost associated with shipping the item back to us and yes that is unfortunate, but being that we shipped exactly what you ordered from our website, you had to incur the cost to get that back to us. Once we got it back, you had to pay the price difference between what you ordered initally, and the other item you wanted which was $15 more (5.5" backing plate). Since our sales agent felt bad that you had to spend the money to ship initial item back to us, we waived the shipping to send out the new item and ate that cost. So, in the end, you paid in full for the item that you wanted, and since you ordered the wrong item in the beginning by mistake, you paid the shipping cost to get that back to us.
