    Best Answer: It can be both dual action or a rotary, depending on the module attached to the machine

    How does the PXE 80 handle resistance?  Does it stall like the Rupes Ibrid Nano?

    Best Answer: Depending on what attachment you are using, this machine could stall when you get into corners or when too much pressure is applied. If you are using the rotary attachment, you will not experience any stalling no matter what you do if the machine is running. When using one of the orbital attachments (3mm or 12mm) there will always be a chance of stalling just like with any other orbital polisher.

    I see this says bare tool, does it come with the backing plates and throw options? Thanks

    Best Answer: The bare tool is the tool only and no batteries, no backing plates, no counterweights, no charger, etc. The bare tool would be for someone who already purchased the full machine, but broke the tool itself and didn't want to re-purchase the batteries, charger, backing plates, etc. or someone who wanted a 2nd tool to have 1 tool set up with a certain backing plate or counterweight set-up, and another tool with a different different backing plate and counterweight set-up so that they didn't have to change things around in the middle of a job.
