This is a MUST GET kit to keep your extractor plumbing system and vacuum motor problem free! By using these 3 carpet extraction chemicals in conjunction with your extractor; your interiors will come cleaner quicker, be brighter and your major components of the machine will work more proficiently and last longer!
Products Included
- Extractor Soap (1 gal) - is a component specific, low foaming, high pH, super concentrated fabric and carpet cleaning solution that can be used either as a traffic area cleaner or sprayed onto the surface that is to be extracted to quickly break-down dirt & grime.
- Extractor Defoamer (1 qt) - is an excellent product to keep foam and suds to a minimum in the extractor recovery tank. Simply dispense a few ounces directly into the recovery tank of your extractor. This will help keep vacuum motors from becoming inoperable.
- Mytee System Maintainer (1 qt) - is a specialized Mytee product that will keep your extractor tank and plumbing free from soap and scum build-up and to keep unit working to it's fullest potential.

We offer Free or Flat Rate Shipping on MOST items on our website with a few exclusions. Free Shipping kicks in at a minimum order of $115 (for qualifying items), and for orders under $115, a flat rate of $11.95 will apply. Items that are classified as “oversized” by the shipping company do not qualify for free shipping, and anything that must ship via Freight Truck will also not qualify for free shipping. These items include but are not limited to: Carpet Extractors, Water Containment Mats & Reclamation Systems, Pressure Washers, Water Tanks, and The Claw LED Light.

How Soon Will My Order Ship Out?

MOST orders placed by 1pm will ship out the same day as long as the item is in stock. Drop ship items might have additional handling times. If you need an order expedited (Next Day, Two Day or 3 Day Service) please call to confirm the item will arrive in the necessary amount of time.
Any order that is placed during the weekend or on a holiday regardless of shipping method selected will ship not ship until Monday (shipping companies do not pick-up on weekends or holidays).

Items worked great

My carpet cleaning company did a lousy job trying to extract residue from a pet stain neutralizer. They worked too fast with their truck mount extractor. The stain neutralizer wicked back up in no time. So, I sprayed the extractor soap directly on the carpet at 20:1. Then agitated by hand. Using my Mytee 8070 I extracted all residue from the carpet. Looks great. So far no wicking. I used the defoamer in the Mytee 8070. Followed the mixing recommendation. No foam was present when emptying the dirty water. So far, so good. Haven't used the system maintainer yet.
