Not all pressure washers will draw water out of a tank. Most residential grade pressure washers (and lots of commercial pressure washers) are meant to be force-fed from a water source and require pressure coming into them. If you have one like this you will need to utilize an in-line pump to draw water from the tank and force it into the pressure washer. If you get a machine that is specifically designed to be used with a water tank it will be able to draw water from the tank and no additional equipment will be needed.
