- Long-throw allows users to cover large surfaces quickly. The Rupes LHR 21ES features a wide-range 21 mm orbit pattern that allows for fast paint correction while being gentle on surfaces. You will be able to finish polishing large, flat surfaces in a minimal number of passes.
- The anti-spinning cap prolongs the life of polishing pads. The anti-spinning cap is a protective measure against foam pads spinning freely if the polisher is accidentally turned on. This feature reduces stress on foam pads so that they last longer.
- Adjust your speed without interrupting work. The variable speed dial can be adjusted with your thumb so you don’t have to stop polishing to switch speeds. The trigger lock allows the polisher to run without having to constantly hold in the trigger, making one-handed polishing a breeze.
- Ergonomically designed to maximize comfort and control. The Rupes LHR 21ES provides impeccable balance and has rubberized handles for maximum control. This makes it easy to keep the polishing pad flat on a surface without fatiguing the user’s hands.

What are long throw polishers best used for?

Long throw polishers can be used for everything from heavy correction to polishing to applying wax/sealant. They can truly be used for the entire paint correction process and you can get great results not only with little experience, but also with very minimal risk! Long throw polishers are not the best option for sanding.
What pads should I use with this polisher?

You want to use a pad that is made specifically for a long throw polishers so that it can hold up to the high level of stress a long throw polisher puts on the pad and the backing. If the pad isn’t designed to be used on a long throw polisher, the glue that holds the Velcro backing onto the foam can break down quickly and the backing will come off after only a short amount of use.
How much experience do I need to have to operate a long throw polisher?

Long throw polishers are very safe to use. There is not a high level of risk associated with using a long throw polisher and beginners can achieve heavy paint correction without the risk associated with other types of polishers. There is always a risk when polishing paint but the risk is very minimal with a tool like this.

I never used one of these before and thought it was bulky, heavy, and probably hard to use, but damn I was so wrong. It was so easy and the machine does all the work for you. I love this package, color coded for us rookies making it that much more simpler.
