Auto Fill Feature

The Durrmaid CCX 1700 is the first compact heated carpet extractor and dry vacuum that will not run out of water! You can attach the included 50' filler hose to a water faucet and have a continuous water flow. The Durrmaid CCX 1700's 50' filler hose can also be attached to the included 5 gallon bucket, 55 gallon drum or even a mobile water tank. This cutting-edge technology feature eliminates continuous refilling of the solution tank and doubles the production of the detailer. Why pay considerably more money for other bulky extractors that take up valuable space in your shop or mobile rig? The Durrmaid CCX 1700 only weighs 25 pounds and can be easily carried and stowed. Auto Discharge Feature

The Durrmaid CCX 1700 comes standard with a 50' clear discharge hose. You can extend the discharge hose to any desired container. We include an additional 5 gallon heavy-duty bucket or you can attach the discharge hose to a laundry tub, slop-sink, car wash mat, or any large container. The Auto Discharge feature enables the detailer to work uninterrupted and dramatically increases his or her production. You should never discharge the dirty water into a storm drain though, as you would not be eco friendly and be non compliant with local environmental regulations.

Bulky Extractors Are Eliminated

Auto Detailers have always complained about having to continually fill-up and empty both of their extractor water tanks. This task can be very time consuming especially when cleaning an interior of a large vehicle like an SUV or full-size sedan. Purchasing an extractor with large solution and recovery tanks is not always affordable and can take up a way too much room and can be cumbersome to move in and around the shop or mobile rig. Besides being light-weight and compact size, our new Durrmaid CCX 1700 comes standard with features that you will typically only find in larger commercial units. The 200 psi pump, the 9 PEAK HP vacuum system and the 1500 Watt heater are far superior than most other more expensive extractors on the market.

Super Heating System

The Durrmaid CCX 1700's heating system is the one of the hottest and most efficient we have ever used. It will maintain a temperature of 193 degrees Fahrenheit during normal constant use. Once this unit is heated it maintains maximum temperature until you are finished using it for the day. Most other extractors start out hot but drop 20-30 degrees when in use. Higher constant water temperatures equal superior cleaning results and faster drying times. Detailing is all about saving time and money and our CCX 1700 will do both.

Extractor & Vacuum Combo

The Durrmaid CCX 1700 has a powerful vacuum feature standard. We include all the necessary vacuum tools to pre vacuum the vehicle prior to extracting. This feature is not just an after-thought but it will eliminate the need for having a separate vacuum cleaner. You actually can do a quick vacuuming first and then while extracting you can vacuum-up any fine debris that may have been missed. A reusable nylon filter bag is attached to capture all of the debris to keep your discharge container cleaner. The CCX 1700 vacuum has a powerful suction rating and is equivalent to 9HP/100 CFM. Most extractors on the market will not allow you to vacuum while extracting, they are simply not designed with that feature. The new CCX 1700 will once again save you time by you being able to vacuum and extract with one unit. No need to buy a separate vacuum cleaner. Not only will this unit save you storage space because of its compact design; it doubles your production which will increase profits and add to your bottom line!

220V Available

The Durrmaid CCX 1700 is also available in 220 volts (at no extra cost). If your generator has a 220V outlet you may want to order your CCX 1700 in 220V instead of 110V. The 220V cuts your power consumption by 50% which will extend the life of your generator and potentially free-up other outlets for additional tool usage (buffer, ozone machine, etc). This unit if purchased in 220V can be used internationally.

Detail King was approached by the manufacturer over three years ago and was asked for our input to assist with the development of a better and economically priced heated carpet extractor for both the mobile detailer and the busy detail shop.
